Polybook - Kaj Suominen

Been too busy with actual intern work, which I can't show just yet. Haven't forgotten this project though, and now had time to do some work on it. redid the canopy since the previous version just wasn't good enough and I've come bit more in ways of using hardops and booleans.

Havent looked at your Polybook for a while, your sculpting has improved since I last checked it out 😊

I do have the feeling the ears in your sculpts are a bit too low on the head (though please do look at reference to see if I’m right, I am by no means an anatomy expert. I’m glad I even know it’s called an ear haha!). Also they feel a bit to flat against the head, but that could also be the angle of the screenshots.

Keep it up dude, you’re doing great so far and I think its awesome you are sticking to your routine so well!

Thank Miranda, yeah, the ears definetly need more work. i might need to focus few morning on just doing ears. :)

#53 up until now i've done each head from sphere. today i made rough base mesh to be used from here on now. just to save few minutes on pulling the sphere into a helmet and rest of the bust. i think i have that part now pretty much covered. still not going into any skin details. those are for real projects. :)
