I wanted to track my progress so I wrote this. I am a complete beginner right now, I hope things will change. This is the low poly rocket from the course for beginners.
I really like the size you chose for the smoke particles! They look really cartoony and kinda joyful!
I am following the 3d modeling fundamentals course right now. Here is a sword I did on my own to exercise for the course.
Looking good. Once you feel more comfortable with these exercises go to @jlampel course called the Mesh Modeling Bootcamp. You look like you are getting close in experience level to take that on.
This is my low poly room, I may add something on the desk, It feels a little bit empty.
Looks already great👍! I would just add a chair and a carpet and give the walls a warm color.
I tweaked things a little bit and added more color. I am not sure about the scale but the desk seems a little smaller than it should be.
go out and find real world dimensions for things in your scene. That way you make sure to get the scale right.
I created a car wheel using modifiers for the Modelling with modifiers course. I am going to try sculpting next.
This was extremely frustrating and difficult to make due to constant crash and low framerate. I would have liked to refine it but I have come to a point where if I do anything Blender crashes. Guess I have to postpone scultpuring until I have a better computer (the one I have right now is pretty old).
Excellent model, especially the face expression👍! The shark really looks hungry and I hope that I'll never meet him in real life 😉.
I can also recommend you spikeyxxx 's tire treads modeling tutorial. It shows an advanced technique using drivers and is definitively a tutorial jewel✨ so that I've added it to my bookmarks!
