Thank you . got a update . still not as i want (is there a way when you made a crease to smooth it so the geometry fuse together agian ? right now each time i use smooth with inflate and then smooth again the crease is coming back :( . )
but overal for working the whole day on the fur i think it came out pretty good already  .
this will be frozen. (she has the lightest collor of us all (might ajust the collors later but i think i am not that far from the good collor . ) after i finish her ill start the other 2 .guess who she will turn into later :p

edit added 2 more lights to get a better collor

    yyukinoh1989 That's looking nice!! 😄

Just making sure I understand it right, you want the crease to disappear completely? Make sure dyntopo is on and that it's on 'subdivide collapse' (subdivide edges doesn't regenerate geometry). You can use inflate/blob/clay strips to fill the crease. Make sure you smooth on a lower strength so it doesn't go to hard. Normally that should work.

Frozen eh, hmm.. maybe Fire is next?

ssmurfmier1985 thanks so much . gonna try it out tommorow. got as bit of a headache or how is that called(hoofdpijn) are there parts that looks strange? if so be sure to point them out since i plan to use them for later animation. so they should be perfect :D . for the painting on the tail i still have to figuren out how to do that .

and who knows 2 more to come :D.

silentheart00 Thank you silentheart00 . i am happy to hear you like it. still have a lot to do but i will do my best to finish at least the 3 eevee's

  • smurfmier1985 replied

yyukinoh1989 The shape of the fur looks really good, just a bit more attention to smoothing the creases they are a bit too much now, but as you said you did have difficulties with that so you'll get to that tommorow. You're ok the right track 😊👍🏻

Headache is the right word for it yes, and that sucks.. have a good nights rest hope it's cleared up tommorow!

  • yukino hatake(yukinoh1989) replied

ssmurfmier1985 awesome to hear . gonna try to refine it when i get from work. and thank you sadly still have a headache but maybe i should just go take a bit more sleep. so its possible i wont stay till end.of livestream today if it isnt yet better.

  • Jake Korosi(jakeblended) replied

yyukinoh1989 That's looking awesome so far!  Keep it up!

Smooth should be getting rid of the creases, I do not know why they would be coming back - perhaps make sure that your Dyntopo method is set to "subdivide collapse" instead of "subdivide edges" when performing that action, is all I can think of.

yyukinoh1989 Hooooooooly crap I missed a lot. Sorry about that. But damn, for someone who's been using Blender for like a month you've really come a long way, that Eevee especially, fantastic so far! You seem to be quite a natural at sculpting.

  • yukino hatake(yukinoh1989) replied

thecabbagedetective wow Thank you so much Aaron. that compliment makes me extremly happy. i gonna keep doing my best to one day become a amazing modeler. and maybe a good animator too but that ill have to see when i start that xd. eevee sure is fun to make love how she is turning out . still need to work onto the fur

  • yukino hatake(yukinoh1989) replied

jakeblended Thank you. gonna take a look of that Works when i get home. also does anyone know how to paint it manully like sculpting maybe ? or how does that work gonna need to do the tail in 2 colors

  • yukino hatake(yukinoh1989) replied

is it possible that i lost a sculpt brush ? i cannot find the grab tool anymore :s
dont know what happend but it seems it was from yesterday since when i blender its no longer there .

  • silentheart00 replied

yyukinoh1989 I'm sure there area multiple ways to apply multiple colors to one object, but the one I'm most familiar is putting two material slots on the object, go to edit mode, select which faces you want to be one color, and then hit assign under the Material section.  Repeat for other materials.  But if there's going to be a jagged edge, it might be better to control that through a texture map so you don't have to worry about messing up your topology.

For the brushes, try hitting G on the keyboard and see if that brings up the Grab brush and not the Thumb brush.

yyukinoh1989 To echo Aaron: WOW I've missed a lot these past few days. First, you've done an amazing job with your first head sculpt. Seriously. I'm very impressed. A+ this week.

If you wanted to continue sculpting your head for week 4, that's totally fine with me. I'll explain this during the stream as it goes with the goal of week 4.

Second, Eevee is of to a brilliant start! You're picking up sculpting skill so quickly...it's kinda scary 😅 I can't wait to see how you finish Eevee. Excellent work, Yukino 👏

  • yukino hatake(yukinoh1989) replied

silentheart00 hey. thanks i am looking into texturing a bit. sadly the G button does not work

  • silentheart00 replied

yyukinoh1989 Well, that's not helpful.  I'll see if I can find a solution and let you know in a bit.

  • Zsolt Cseh(csehz) replied

yyukinoh1989 What a sweet creatures are in your latest attempt! Anyway seeing your a kind of cautious style, probably you having the patience to be a really good sculptor once

@theluthier Thank you so much Kent . it makes me really happy. been studying as much as i could . and as a kid i always drawed a lot. i also edited the lightning of the human face. it sure would be handy to know where to focus, work on etc . as for now i am doing the eevee as you can see and she is turning out better then i myself expected :D
I also am happy to hear its kinda scary to see how i picking up sculpting .Ill take that as a compliment for sure :D . i do have to say it goes better then pulling and pushing the verticies :)

again thanks a lot i really want to learn this as fast as i can and become as good as possible
