Hello, so a couple of months ago I started the Game Character Modeling, an old course by Kent Trammell. I loved it so I tried my best to come up with the best final result possible. I did not retopo for Game-res, because it was not my final goal, so the mesh, where I Kit Bashed, is quite messy (and that's why I will not post it ;) ). Texture and render are done in blender too, and the engine is Cycles.
Thank you all!!! No, I tried to create a procedural PVC-like texture, but then I baked it to create the stirps on the leg guard.
No, in my opinion, the course aged really well, and I really learned a lot (the kit-bashing technique was new to me and I enjoyed it a lot)
Excellent work sspacca! I love that you added unique details and textured it. Is that the galvanized procedural from the industrial environment course??
Also was it difficult to follow this course given its age?
sspacca That's a great looking robot 😀👍! I very much like the glowing parts 🔥🙂!
