What is to say about me? Not so much. I am a 65 y old married man from Germany, living in the near of Bremen, a north sea harbor town. I started with Blender maybe 7 years ago as I tried to build an aircraft for the flight simulator X-Plane. At last it worked, I build the McDonnell Douglas DC 10, a tri-engine plane from 1978. But then the big change happened with Blender 2.8. It changed everything: The GUI suddenly was really intuitive, a lot of new doors opened to be explored, and I became a Blender "junkie". Then i found CGCookies for the first time and learned so much in a short time I found a lot of fine and friendly people. But then Corona changed nearly everything, I was infected, and my wife became seriously ill too. But things changed a second time (as usual I think, after rain the sun will shine so they say) and so now I found a nice invitation in my inbox and took the chance to come back.
My 3D Art hadn't changed so much, though maybe the style changed and the quality I hope. I still create buildings, meanwhile from a lot of centuries and styles. I always learn a bit from each model. I looked at "procedural textures", sculpted a little bit, and tried to create characters in toon style. I love to create in low poly style and am still working on high poly techniques. But what do I have toy? I look forward to meet some guys like Dominique and Blanch and Ewan, the Luthier and Wardred, and a lot of others. And i look forward to finding new people with the same interests but other aspects. Two say it in two words: Happy Blending
