That is simply amazing. I like the lighting more in the shot that is on the viewport, the shading looks great. The first image is great as well it has a cartoon vibe.
Thanks! I used the Blender addon HairTool by Bartosz Styperek.

Yeah, dude. This is wild. How many hours did this project take you, for my own curiosity?

I did this awhile ago but it was rendered with Agx view-transform which was not great. These shots was re-rendered with the new Khronos PBR Neutral. I think it was around a week, I just did a little bit everyday to get to the final result.

How much additional time would you estimate it would take to model the remaining portion of the figure, and not just the bust? Is it possible a single character could take an entire month?

I'll give it another week as I'm not a speed sculptor. For the other question, it depends on how the complexity of the character, a month should be sufficient normally.

That's wild. I am trying to get an idea of how long it takes to model a single character from start to finish; like, 40-60 hours? What do you think from that perspective?

It depends on your skill and the type of character (stylized or realistic) you are trying to do.

Thanks Omar. For the viewport shot, I used the built-in Studio light Hdri which seems to have a softer look to it.
This looks incredible! 🤯 👏
The details, the hat, the skin texture. So all around well done. Kudos!
Thank you! I am glad you like it.
Okay! Here we go! This is what I'm talking about! Fantastic, dude. How did you approach the hair?
