    Selecting Objects

    3D is all about working with objects, so let’s learn how to select them in Blender. Luckily, it’s pretty simple.

    The three main selection methods to remember:

    • Select an Object: LMB
    • Add/Remove Selection: Shift-LMB
    • Deselect All: Alt-A or Click anywhere outside selection
    • Select All: A

    Lastly, you can box, lasso, or paint select using the selection tools in the toolbar.
