What should I do w/ the "Course Files"?

posted to: Selecting Objects

I have a stupid question about the format of the course(s).  Obviously, I am a new member to C.G. Cookie.  As such, I am still learning how to navigate the site.  I've started my blender lessons with, "Blender Basics: An Introduction to Blender 3D 4.5 LTS".  I noticed today, in the left hand corner of the course’s page, overtop of the "1. Intro to 3D space" course material outline, there seems to be a cloud w/ an arrow icon labeled “Course Files”.  Am I suppose to do something with this-- Download it, open it in a cloud account, ignore it all together, or what?  It seems to be a zip file.  The "Course Files" in question are attached to this message, and circled in red.  Thank you very much for your help!

Hello Andy. That is simply the link where the course files are in, in case you want to download them. The course files are the files that a course have, for example you see in a lesson the teacher giving an example with a car model, if you want to follow along with what he does, you'll find the car model in the course files. Or maybe he is making a material and you want to see the material for yourself, or a texture the teacher is using, you'll find the texture in there, etc. So it's just a directory where all the files are.
