And i had this image in my imagination so i thought i would do this for my homework.

    mmahir07 The object moving when you link object data - this happens when the object origin and orientation is different between your linked objects. The second one snaps to the same origin position and orientation as your first (source) object.

    And I can't quite tell what's happening in the wireframe image. Did you solve that one?

    @theluthier I deleted the curve and duplicate it now it's fine. :)
