I think I like this character design enough to try to give her a backstory and some more work, so yay to that.
Here's a walk cycle test I plan to redo in the grease pencil.
(I didn't realize I had accidentally gotten the arms backward in some frames until after I had scanned them all. :/ )
...and, of course, still practicing her facial expressions.
Trying to get more comfortable working with colour - how'd I do?
working on dialogue, head turns, and conveying an emotion (exasperation).
Her hair needs a second pass, and the eyes aren't big enough in the last frame, but it 'reads' well, I think.
