Small boolean mistake, but I don't have the energy to fix it—this exercise was a pain towards the end.

Oh my God, this course is so interesting! However, all these shader node connections are giving me a headache. Would it be possible to have a JPEG of the finished shader to check my work, perhaps for the next classes, or even a quick few-second view of the node tree? This part is very difficult. Modeling is easy comapre to shaders.

Yes, those Node Trees can easily become very overwhelming!
But luckily you can Download the Course Files, there are the finished .blend files per Chapter, so you can study the Nodes:
