I am working on a Cubicity inspired Irish Pub, and am getting some odd normals from the mirror function. The roof is mirrored on both the x and y axes, and the modeled area does not have a problem...is there a way to fix this?

That looks like some Geometry poking through...Select all the Meshes (maybe even Hiding the Roof) and then go into Edit Mode...then try to Select the red parts.
