I added handles that look like they fold in flat in the latch and a panel at the bottom of the latch where i imagine the locking mechanism could be.
im trying to focus on modelling so didnt go crazy with the shading, those nodes make me dizzy
Hi Jonathan Jojo ,
Don\t worry, you'll get used to those Nodes sooner or later.
But speaking of getting dizzy; and I must admit, that I haven't done this course yet, so maybe this is how it's supposed to be, but this looks really weird to me, at least from this viewing angle;
ya i see it now that you mention it, the last line at the back is sticking out too much horizontally, i think i adjusted the window after the roof was done, im going to make a habit a reviewing the entire piece every so often
My husky, i had a lot of trouble getting good topography , i kind of gave up at the front of the ankle . I figure ill get better at it as i gain more experience

lol so after reviewing sketchfab models and playing around with my model ive realized i could have gotten away with less loops
It looks fine Jonathan!
There are a few questionable topology decisions, especially around the most difficult part: the ears:
but they work out allright when using Subdiv, so: great job (there is always room for improvement, but trying to get something perfect will hinder you in moving forward and improving...)
Im not super happy with it , it seems each time i try to smooth/fix one detail something else gets messed up in the process ,i couldnt get it on to sketchfab , its too big, and decimate doesnt seem to be working for me , it freezes forever and then acts as if it worked but no changes take place.
It's very good, the overall shape is great and the likeness is there, but I know what you mean, the extremities on the tail and fins are a bit crooked, those parts are hard to detail, some mushiness here and there, but don't worry, just keep practicing and iterating, until we have the I know kung-fu Matrix tech, it's all we can do.
