The model looks great!
Your Normals are flipped (SHIFT+N to fix that), which doesn't really matter in this case, but still.
The Plane is Z-fighting with the fairy, not visible from the camera view, but just movibg it back a touch would help.
Personally, I would have Beveled at least the inner edgeloop, instead of using a single holding edge:
That would also improve the transition of the materials.
But all in all, it's really well done (and all quads as well!).
