I am still not getting the wet floor and the reflections effect.
I fully affirm the insight from Omar and Martin. After crunching the levels of the screenshot, I think there's very subtle screenspace reflections of the cylinders in the floor:
Are screenspace reflections enabled in Eevee render settings? If not then I'm seeing things 😅 If they are then you can try bringing down the values of your roughness (like adding a math node to your roughness input and multiplying by 0.5 to start). This will clarify your reflections and make them more obvious.
