    Hey Inumake,

    You are using the wrong ColorRamp as the Factor of those MixRGB Nodes:

    Puddles.png

    It should be the top ColorRamp (with the Noise Texture) that should be used. See lesson from about minute 2.54.

    Also have in mind that reflections go hand in hand with how you light the scene and even the angle from where you are looking at things from your camera or viewport. Try looking at your scene from different vantage points and add lights that cast hard shadows.

    I fully affirm the insight from Omar and Martin. After crunching the levels of the screenshot, I think there's very subtle screenspace reflections of the cylinders in the floor:

    Are screenspace reflections enabled in Eevee render settings? If not then I'm seeing things 😅 If they are then you can try bringing down the values of your roughness (like adding a math node to your roughness input and multiplying by 0.5 to start). This will clarify your reflections and make them more obvious.
