This is one of the frames of a short animation (few seconds) that I have to do for school. ^^
Surprisingly, Blender came up closer to the result I wanted to achieve then Realflow... Therefore I did my best with Blender.
I can't go much further unfortunatly because deadlines are deadlines. ^^'
it should stand in zen garden :D
Nice :)
No worries. It is by our nature that we be human.
No worries, that was a great comment (it let me discover what Queen Conch slime are and thought you what a Shishi Odoshi is) :)
I just couldn't understand how both were correlated. ;)
Sorry if I seemed offended.
Hahahaha that really made me laugh. XD
Thanks. :)
Thx! :)
Yes it took a long time to bake the fluid sim (more than a whole night), lots of memory (the cache is 9Gb), more time to bake the dynamic paint (for the interaction of the fluid with the ground that darkens) and it's currently taking ages to render. ^^' I would have liked to have more time for the rendering process so that I could have bumped the samples a bit more on the fluid pass (currently at 1000).
This type of scene is definatly very consuming both in time and ressources.
Yes. Much cooler. I thought other uncultured heathens such as myself might better understand your render with both names. It was interesting to read about "Shishi Odoshi". Before google straightened me out I thought it might somehow been connected with sushi. A great tradition well done.☺
I apologize if any slander was perceived. The way the light glistened off the water in your render and through my own ignorance of the subject of the render (google to my rescue as well) reminded me of conch I had cleaned on deck in the afternoon as sunshine reflected off the ocean. I thank you for the opportunity to revisit this memory. ☺
Haha thx a lot!
Actually, what I did here is not "Animation", it's an FX yet the diescription of what you tell me that you want to do IS animation so just go ahead, you are on the right tracks. ;)
