Hi guys. This is an evolved image from this https://cgcookie.com/blender/files/2015/02/Ritratto-970x970.jpg For love of true I must say that I started my model with Makehuman and then I worked with Blender. For lighting I used an image HDR and I played with rotation for achieve my result. I remodelled the ear and re-sculpted all in Multiresolution; I changed settings for traslucent effect through the ear; I re-made the texture for the skin and I changed settings node. Thank you for your criticism and improvements! :)
