Unveiling the Faces of the Past: Facial Approximation Animation Final

Join us on a poignant journey as we bring history to life through the art of facial approximation. In this captivating animation, I pay homage to those who have left their mark on time but have lost their voices in the sands of history. Through painstaking research and intricate reconstruction, I strive to uncover the faces and stories of the past, reminding us that each person, no matter how long ago, had a unique and meaningful existence. My mission is one of respect, curiosity, and remembrance. Watch as I bridge the gap between yesterday and today, and honor the lives of those who came before us.

Great video. Kept me wondering the whole time who this person could've been and that he never imagined he would be the main focus of a 3D model on a computer. Makes you wonder what you could be the focus of 150 years from now without you knowing.

  • As a Frenchwoman, I have a great respect for the soldiers who came to fight on the beaches of Normandy.
Thank you and honor to them.
