It's not much but this represents a milestone of sorts for me and is a fair reflection of my current abilities and everything I've learned to date from CGC.
I think it's a decent 3d realisation of the 2d concept art and hope it holds up in and of itself as an aesthetically pleasing image.
Modelled, textured and rigged for posing then rendered and composited entirely within Blender.
I'm not precious. All comments, critiques and/or nitpiks welcome.

Looks amazing. Love how you preserved the water color look and feel. It's a 10 out of 10.
Thank you so much Omar.
Impressive texturing!
Thanks a lot Hugo. Your work is incredible so I take this as a big compliment. It’s all just one 4k texture. All hand painted in a single layer. Once I got into it was quite fun and reminded me of how much I used to enjoy sitting down and painting as a kid. It’s nice to realise you can still create stuff that works if you’re not too ambitious in what you attempt.
What a lovely surprise to come back home to. Thanks everyone!
Love those textures!
Okay, that's pretty cool!
adorable
Toasterman looks amazing! 🧈🍞
I love the way you translated the art-style from 2D to 3D, and I can't wait to see what other scenes you cook up. 🍽️
