Frostie Jack the Penguin or Jackie, I am not completely sure because it never told me. But she brings in the winter spirit so children can play wonderful games in the snow and adults can stroll through its vastness and be in awe of its magic, because it really is magic. And her magic goes to all the snow over the world.
I agree snow is magical, that is until one falls on their derriere and then some of the magic gets knocked out of it. The snow that is. ;)
