Hi, here is a screenshot of the teeth material node graph.

This was before the Principled shader, so I used a custom node for fresnel reflection (taking into account the roughness at grazing angles), now you can use the same setup with the Principled shader whithout the need of custom shaders!
Can you give some info about the teeth material?
