  • Great stuff!
I would love to do a project like this sometime!

  • He's back with more altered(alternate) / enhanced reality music videos!

Your little creature looked like it was really jamming out. Very nicely done! The fly arounds were particularly nicely accomplished!

Edit: Sound is one place many of us Blenderers aren't particularly great at, but which is not an issue for you!

πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ Hot dangs that was something great. So not only did you do a cool animation, but you composed a cool song with a cool guitar riff, have a Dream Theater poster, some old school CD's, a badass black guitar. Ok then, you've won the coolest post of the year so far. I did spot a bit of a jump in the animation, around 1:43, while he is flying, there's a small mistake there. But it's ok, I'm going to say the little guy was just too excited with the cool music that he blew a casket. Awesome job Holger, awesome job.

Thanks for your comment, I really appreciate that!
Jap, my home-office / nerd-room may look old school with those CDs and Linux-magazines. It is the smallest room in the house. 4,2 mΒ² with 3 doors (of course the one behind the guitars is permanently closed). But hey, nothing is impossible here as you can see in the video ;-)
You are right concerning the little jump in the animation - Spike was just too excited.
What concerns me a little bit more: The video / audio is not 100% in sync after uploading the video to youtube. The original export is absolutely exact, for example the stamping at the beginning. In blender it fits to the waveform and I tested the export-file on different computers / OS. Everything OK. Playing from youtube is a little bit out of sync, must have something to do with youtube's re-encoding in different formats.
