harbinger_ua Thank you for your willingness! I will happily plug your artstation when crediting you. I'm leaning toward using this as my next livestream subject..if not that then I'll make it into a pre-recorded course sometime in the future. Either way I'll be sure to let you know when it's published. Thanks again! Keep up the awesome work.
@theluthier hello Kent. First of all let me thank you for your kind words. This is the highest praise any artist could hope for. I'm incredibly happy that my piece of work made such an impact.
I'm totally ok with you using my work as a source of inspiration. Really curious to see your tutorial. In fact, I'm thinking of picking up Blender in the near future, so I'm sure I will learn a thing or two from it.
As for crediting, it makes total sense to put the link to my gallery here on CGC, but I would also appreciate if you add my artstation page as well:https://www.artstation.com/harbinger
As an instructor, sometimes a piece of art instantly inspires me to create tutorials about it. This piece did that for me!
Would you be OK with me using this as direct inspiration for teaching how to create such a scene in 3D with Blender? I will of course credit you and link to your gallery here on CGC or elsewhere if you prefer (artstation, instagram, etc)
ppretzelman thank you!
This looks great!
rhuard thanks a lot! Yeah it took quite some time to get it right, but it was well worth it.
Looks like a lot of work went into this. It is really great. I love the soft colors too. Beautiful!
