I was leaning towards PS. I felt the lighting would have been different in Blender. On the other hand your depth of field allowed me to think just maybe Blender. Great piece nonetheless.

That well defined triangulated head says, best to give this one a wide birth. The cold steely eyes speak of his indifference. Besides it is such a lovely shade of green.
Nope, it was drawing scale by scale in PS, manually. Without 3d, my bad-_- That's why it was so hellishly, I spent a lot of time on this piece, nearly two days.
