After initially following along with the lessons and creating the scene featured there, I got started on my first custom scene.
I wanted to experiment with symmetry in this composition -- from colors to layout to the combination of light and dark hues. The ringed planet is the foundation of this idea, as I wanted to see what could be created when it was oriented straight towards the viewer.
Very good looking compositions. I could see hanging these on my wall as a poster.
