Hi,
Herewith is my submission for the Pokémon Challenge. Just to be clear, this is my adaptation of Mewtwo so certain characteristics may differ. The character is still recognizable though.
Okay, I’ll admit that the bar was set quite high for myself but I do not for one-second regret my decision. This is truly the only way (from my perspective) to know where my limits lie. Was I too ambitious? Yes and No. Both answers have consequences however you may look at them. The same way in which Sin separates us from the Almighty…Consequences.
Moving on…So yeah…I am extremely pleased with my entry. Was it perfect? Far from it but I am proud regardless even of a few existing mistakes. Unfortunately (as you're aware) deadlines always add pressure when committing yourself but at the same time it could also provide salvation when you overcome fear and instead focus on being courageous.
My original concept could not be implemented due to time management and unforeseen events. I created 3 different models each consisting of around 1,000,000 plus faces with static poses. I designed a short video depicting some of Mewtwo’s power abilities. I tried to implement a cinematic experience but how well this will be received by audiences is yet to be revealed.
I knew from the beginning when Adrian first announced this wonderful challenge that a number of those individuals would be rocking with exceptional renders and none have disappointed. Well done to all!
