This is a character I'm playing in the tabletop RPG Numenera. His name is O.N.E. He's an artificially intelligent "Nano" (which is kinda like a wizard I guess, but with mechanical stuff), who siphons power. Here he is draining power from a naturally occurring cypher and blowing the excess power out the back of his head so he doesn't explode.
