    Great result JC,
Nice to see some transport damage on the materials of your Sci-fi Crate.
What do you plan to tackle for your next project?

      Thanks Guys,

The materials are all procedural ( I bought Ducky 3D's Realtime Materials Pack on Blender Marketplace). Great product to add to your Blender arsenal.
The Sticker on the crate I grabbed it from the net. I used the Shrinkwrap and Subdivider modifiers. For the Backdrop, it's as in the Press-Start course (Last lesson which is rendering out the Product). It's the default surface (Principled BSDF) tweaked the Base Color, Specular, the Roughness as well as the Sheen. and for the lights, I added 4 Area Lights in there. The ones on the left and right side of the crate both have a slight yellowish tint to it. . I also have one on top of the crate and, one underneath the crate which adds those reflected light on the corners...not totally realistic there but for the cool factor I think it works.

I Tweaked the parameters of the exposure and the gamma a bit for the overall scene ...you can find those in the Color Management section of the Rendering Properties.

Next project is mostly going to be Hard Surface Modelling for sure. I haven't settle on any particular subject. A helmet to go with that crate could be very cool.

      Cheers,

      JC
