Mechanic in sci-fi room Final

The final outcome of the second term at CG Spectrum! After 14 stressful weeks, this project has finally come to an end. As this was my first time making a character, it was quite the challenge - especially learning ZBrush!

The only thing that bothers me a little is that the paint layer for the lips got slightly distorted/out of place after I rigged the character and turned the head, but I'mma let go of it because I really don't feel like spending any more time on small details such as this :P

Hard-surface done in Maya, character creation in both Maya and ZBrush, texturing in Substance Painter.

    Hey I remember this, nice to see it finished. I think the results are great, even more when you think that a couple of weeks ago you probably you didn't think you'd be making a character and yet here we are. Congrats on completing and beating procrastination.

      Thanks a bunch, and really cool to hear from you again! ^^ Yeah I honestly didn't think that the end result would be anything near what I actually have here XD Although I sure did pour a lot of hours into the character, but even if it took me this long to finish and I had a couple of really stressful weeks near the end, I wouldn't mind making another character! Really happy that I feel that way after making it to the end of this term ^^
