I interpreted this like the flat screen monitor and the cpu as the main device and he had a grandfather display monitor at home and using it as 2nd monitor:3
and that is a wacom graphics tablet infront of the keyboard

An interesting mix of technologies: the calendar on the wall says 2021, the iPad (?) and the phone more or less match that, and so does the flat-screen monitor—but the midi-tower PC is from the late 1990ies—early 2000th, and the one with the big CRT display is like, late 80ies—early 90ies, if not earlier. The hooman seems to be a bit of a time-traveller.😉
