JW's First Plane Final

Well, it ain't the prettiest! But I've definitely tried and I think I was successful in making my first hard-surfaced model! I don't have enough time to put a bunch of camera angle views in right now, but I did this! Hee hee... I can only go up from here, and I learned a LOT, saved a lot of time. Thanks, Jonathan! Sorry the height is a little longer.

Thank you! To get that outline, I used a feature called "Freestyle"; it's under the Render window (so you press the camera-looking button in the panel on the right side), and you would check off Freestyle and give lines a certain thickness!

I honestly haven't used it much, but I thought it would be fun this time!

  • This is pretty darn cool! I'm just learning Blender right now, but the "Cartoony" stuff like this is definitely something I'd like to figure out. Is there a quick tip on how to give your model "Outlines" ...which I assume must always shift in regards to where the camera is pointing?
