Ok this took way to long. Initially I was just going to do some modeling practice and replicate my heater, but it kinda snowballed into... replicating my entire hallway. There's still a few things I could still tweak to death but I'm going to call this one done. With my current skills I don't know how to push it further, but I'm satisfied with the results.
Again, any constructive criticism is welcome. Also please let me know if you think the one point lighting worked. I've been staring at it too long to know if it works or not.
mmalhomsi definitely agree about the bump and the beveling. Thanks. Global illumination? you mean use an hdri or change the light path settings?
hello there , good work , if i may give u some feedback ,the modeling seems good but i m not sure if u beveled all sharp edges (ex the doors frames)
lighting is good but u may try global illumination ,about the materials ,ur bump is tooo strong on all surfaces ,and it is impossible to judge reflections.u can check this https://cgcookie.com/live_streams/shading-lighting-interior-arch-viz-bc4-1810-week-4
