This is my end result from the "Compositing a Coffee Scene" which is the exercise at the end of the "Fundamentals of Compositing" course. The course as a whole has definitely helped me demystify the compositor. I never had much experience with it before. I now feel confident learning more about compositing.

oorsonm Thanks! You can do stuff like this for sure. Your right about the steam, I could throw a noise texture over it and see how it looks.

Man, this looks like a real photo! Add the Folgers logo and I'd think it's a bona fide magazine ad. My only criticism: 1) I wish I could do stuff like this, 2) the steam in the coffee has a slightly different film grain than the rest of the scene, but you gotta really squint to see it. Really amazing man, congrats again
