Dualshock 4 Final

I chose to model this because it’s quite a difficult shape and I thought it would be a bit of a challenge. It did not disappoint! I have also been wanting to experiment with a sculpt first work-flow, as I find this much easier and more intelligible than box modelling. I much prefer using the sculpting tools to get a basic shape and then refining that with retopology. I would have really struggled to do this without sculpting tools. It’s not a total facsimile (I took a bit of artistic license), but I don’t think the discrepancies are obvious. Sculpting and modelling were done in Blender (shout out to the excellent SpeedSculpt addon). Texturing was done in Substance Painter. Hope you like it!
