No fun name for this one. Decided to play around with a crate and some realtime materials. The brushed gold on the ridges was just a happy accident that I ended up running with. I probably spent more time working on the dents and lighting than anything. Dents were hard, increasing the scale made it look weird, but too low, it didn't read as dents, this seemed to be the happy medium.

Going to keep playing with the dents, otherwise I might just change it out for something else. I also think I may have the perfect environment to drop them in already built. Stay tuned.

EDIT: 2nd Render: second iteration of the crate. Removed the damage, added gold trim around the crate to show where it may open from. Altered the lighting. Have a few more idea's so this will be updated a couple more times. No compositing on the 2nd render.

EDIT 2: 3rd render with compositing, 4th render I dropped the crates into my garage project from a few months back. Thought it worked as a sort of Call of Duty garage ammo box sort of situation. I think I'm done with this crate now.
