Here's my submission for the Sessions - Planet course. I chose a cool blue for the lighting to mimic the coldness of space. Was a real fun process. Crazy what you can do with minimal resources. Sure gonna do some more of those.
Nice: I enjoy making space scenes myself.😁 Not sure about the vast halo around the star in the upper right corner: as far as I know, this sort of things is only possible in an atmosphere, humid and/or dusty one, not in the open space. But that’s not a criticism of the artwork as such: it’s more about what it shows and that, at the end of the day, isn’t all that important for mastering Blender.
Thanks. You're right about the halo, technically you wouldn't see all those stars in the background from this point of view either I might add. But I let the the artistic win over the realistic in this case :D
