Blurry Image Final

I am having an issue with a blurry image in rendered. I believe it might have to do with the image not being hi-def enough. However, when I use the image in another file it comes out sharp.

I would need some more detail about your blurry image. Is this a raster image you are using in Blender? Is the output resolution the same? DOF?
