Forrest - The floor is fairly easy.
1. Add a plane.
2. Go into Edit mode, select all faces.
3. Press U and UV unwrap the plane.
4. Create a new material for the floor.
5. Add the following 3 shaders; Mixed Shader, Glossy, and a Diffuse.
6. Add an wood image to the Diffuse Shader.
7. This is the hard part I guess; open the node editor in a separate window and connect the wood image to the Displacement input of the Material (tone down the bump intensity with a Math Node set to multiply and a value of .002 or so if needed)
I use this technique on almost every Material I create. I use a noise texture for most things, nothing is perfectly smooth. (This is a cheap bump map technique but it works in most cases)
The model looks great and I'm really liking the floor detail! Was it very complicated to get that quality of detail! I'm still a little behind on my mapping and shaders!
