I really like the shading on the hair. Really nicely done, especially with only 5 colors.
If he light is coming somewhere from the right, wouldn't the shadows on the face be more off to the left than on both sides of the face? Particularly on the chins of the red and blonde the hair isn't curtaining the face so much.
