The insides of vehicles involve more organic, soft shapes as well as opportunity for lots of fine hard surface details. Often vehicles renders focus on the exterior where the interior can be hidden or approximated. But not in this class!

hoo yes in panel a menu with convert to geometry "Bezier curves" or "path" or " polygon mesh"
when you inset that is. select the boundary box and it wil ignore mirror modifier.

Martin i think in the greese pencils special menu their should be a convert to mesh button
you can click the boundary box to do that automatically
