A random project, perhaps, but it's a fun one nonetheless! Using curves and procedural thread materials we can achieve a high-fidelity result without too much work or time. Just think of all the patches and embroidery you can add to your characters! ;)

You don't get handles no. It stands for Non Uniform Rational B splines. Its for super exact modeling. More for techncial cad modeling, like Rhino is a NURBS modeller.

pranavsood I would just forget about NURBS curves.. they are not worth it to learn especially since blender has like zero actual nurbs modelling
