Can't see the animation keypoints in 2.83.1

Do you mean the motion paths?

Try checking these setting here under the object properties (if you are animating a normal object and not an armature that is)
If you are animating an armature, it's the same thing but in in the armature data tab.

If it is something else you are referring to, let me know.
