mirror multiple meshes with modifiers at one time

Collaborations

I did this tutorial creating an advanced cartoon eye rig(https://cgcookie.com/course/advanced-cartoon-eye-rig ) and created one eye. Can you mirror it once it is all done or should I have mirrored it as I went along (hopefully not the answer)? There are numerous modifiers on the different meshes, some shape keys, etc. Everything is in a collection, so is there a way to mirror the collection . I know that I can link the modifiers from one mesh to another, but can you do multiple different meshes at once. Even though this wasn't a newer tutorial, learned a lot and the rig did everything I would want it to do. Sorry if the question isn't that clear, would appreciate any ideas. Thanks

Hi tanya, it's actually very simple: Select everything that belongs to the eye (make sure everything is visible and selectable!) and then:

SHIFT+D. Now you have two eyes that are individually controllable. (Didn't test everything, but it looks like it works like a charm.)

If you're like me and the new naming bothers you, you can use the Batch Rename (CTRL+F2) for that.
