The moment I change to Eevee, the window is not transparent and lights are not passing through as well.

Hi, for that I made a different transparent material for it and made sure that it wouldn't cast shadows. I've updated the course files to include the scene with tweaks specifically for Eevee. Thanks for letting me know!
