Shader not appearing

When we go in shader mode, on the left I have nothing and when I select all on my treasure chest, nothing happen in the shader screen. In the add menu -> shader -> principal BSDF is in grey and I can't select it, the  I can't go with the rest of the video.

    It's ok by clicking on new on the top It appears. I have a new problem, when i select all in my UV collection, the shader applies only for the active object so i have to do it for all the objects in the collection.

    I also found this one I forgot to ctrl+L to link the materials

    I started again from the end of the modeling and I can have all of my chest in grid but I to have the rivet really small but they are int the uv collection, I've made the scale and remake the manipulation in the UV editor  but it's not working.

    For now I'll continue this way. It's not a big deal.

    Actualy, it create me some arctefact with the painting in the next lesson. When i try to scale only one rivet, it show me a message error: Cannot apply to a multi user: object: cube.038,  mesh cube.070

    In my list of objects I have the cube 038 but not the 070

    Hi, I still have the scale problem with the rivets. But for this week I don't have access to my computer because I'm stuck at my job all the week so I can't continue this course. I'll continue again monday.
