After I've added the IK_Hold action and push it down into the NLA Editor, the animation works when scrubbing through. But when I enter tweak mode again there is no IK influence (back at 0) for all of the previous animations.. I see later in the video when you go back to the Rifle_End pose yours has an IK keyframe and mine does not. I'm missing something here!
Just to give some more info, the IK track in the NLA editor is on the top above the actions track. The IK track is set to Hold and Replace.
