Inacurate blueprints?

These blueprints seems to be quite uneven but i am unsure if the method i have used is wrong. In side wiev i made the cube have a height from the bottom of the tyres, to the top of the roof. In front wiev i scaled the image after the same parameters as the side wiev. In addition i shaped the cube to to go from the end of the mirrors on both sides as well. In back iwev i scaled the image acordingly. In top wiv i scale the image so that it fit in both y and x. All appears to be fine, except the car is to long in side wiev. I added the blend file.

    Those kind of drawings usually aren't very accurate. Don't let the name blueprint fool you! These are just drawings. Blueprints are copies, usually only made from technical drawings, when high precision is needed. The process is more expensive than a Xerox, but it doesn't have any 'lens distortion' like a Xerox copy.

    You'll just have to work with what you got, but don't trust it too much;)

    What is a Xerox?

    Xerox = Photocopy

    It's something from the past...like a facsimile machine (fax)....or being able to leave your house.

    I see, well thank you very much. Lets hope the leaving your house issue isnt permanent:)
