pinching in curved objects (quad hole in cylinder)

hey there,

I'm trying to solve some pinching issues. I watched some videos but until now there wasn't a satisfying solution. All solutions I found just minimize the problem but its never perfect. In the first two pictures, you see the pinching.

Here I tried to dissolve some edges and the result looked decent but I don't want this n-gon in the corner.

some did say we have to do some flow work to do that was the result but did not luck good at all to me

Is there a video to solve this problem or could you give me a tip sort of a concept to solve this problem even for other situations like this?

Thank you in advance for your help :)

Maybe I found a solution to this.
I copied the cylinder without a hole and hide it, so it doesn't get in the way. then I cut the hole with the supporting edges(picture 1,2).
After that, i put the shrinkwrap modifier on the object with the hole and selected the complete object without the hole (picture 3).

the corners now have no pinching and i can extrude the hole inwards after applying the modifiers.

Is this a common way to solve the problem or are there better ways?
