at 30:30 you mentioned that the flickering was because of stream, but you could turn down the viewport samples. Is there a reason why you didn't do that?
Decreasing samples does help with performance but during the stream specifically, the flickering was like a constant "refresh" of the viewport; like when something changes and eevee updates. Off-stream it only does that once the change takes place. But on stream it seemed to "refresh" constantly, even when nothing was being changed.
